With amiibo, you can discover a brand new way to interact with your favorite Nintendo characters and games. 

If you touch the NFC contact point of your Wii U GamePad with such a character while playing certain games, the data on the chip will be transferred to the respective game and used in a variety of ways. In addition, your character's data will be updated as you play. This will make your amiibo unique!
