Biomutant is a mythical, post-apocalyptic open-world kung fu RPG with a unique martial arts combat system that allows you to combine melee, shooting, and mutation actions.

A new approach to third-person combat
The martial arts combat system gives you maximum freedom of movement and agility to combine shooting, melee combat, and the powers of your mutations. Learning new forms of wushu fighting through progression and the things you learn from masters along the way will constantly expand your possibilities and ensure that the fights never get boring.

Evolve your gameplay
You can recode your genetic structure to change your appearance and game performance. Of course, this will have an impact on your attributes. In addition, the impact of biocontamination on the world leads to physical mutations (such as locust predators and spiked tails). Exposure to radioactivity in old-world bunkers affects your mind and can trigger psychomutations such as telekinesis, levitation, and more.

The next level of crafing
You are completely free when it comes to crafting weapons. Combine parts to create your own unique one-handed or two-handed melee weapons for slitting, smashing, or piercing. Revolvers, rifles and shotguns, as well as modifications such as corkscrews, cordless chainsaw modules or biocontaminated mud ampoules can be added to your arsenal of weapons. There are even characters that make cool stuff for you, like bionic wings or a jump module, and even let you modify the robot (your crappy toy buddy).

Get ready for adventure
You are completely free when it comes to equipping your character. Not only can you choose the weapons you've crafted, but you can also choose the clothes you're wearing. Equip your character with a gas mask and oxygen tank when exploring the death zones, wear thermo-resistant clothing when venturing into cryonic zones, and choose protective clothing when dealing with biocontaminated creatures - the choice is yours.

Survive in a vibrant open-world environment
You can explore the world and everything beneath the surface on foot, in a mech, jet ski, hot air balloon, or other modes of transportation that vary depending on your environment. Explore the dying wilderness, the tunnel and bunker networks of the underworld, and make your way through the mountains or the archipelagos. You can make many discoveries, uncover secrets, encounter creatures and meet strange characters in this lively and dazzling world.

An unusual story with an unusual ending
Your actions play a big role in the development of a story where the end comes to the New World. A plague destroys the land and death oozes from the roots of the tree of life. The tribes are divided, they need someone strong enough to subjugate them into one or all ... You'll be guided through the game by a narrator who comments on every step of your story, but it's your actions and decisions that determine the end of your survival story.
