The kingdom of Myrtana has been invaded by an insatiable horde of orcs.

King Rhobar II needs large quantities of magical ore to forge powerful weapons, and for this reason runs mines with all available prisoners in Khorini.

To prevent these prisoners from escaping, the monarch commissions his best mages to summon a magical barrier. But something goes wrong. The magic spirals out of control and a mutiny turns the Mine Valley into a lawless territory ruled by the most brutal prisoners.

The king must now negotiate with the new owners as tensions between the various factions boil over in the Mine Valley itself. But what no one expects is that the arrival of an unnamed prisoner will change everything.
