Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as deadly protector Venom, one of MARVEL's biggest and most complex characters. Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) has been living with the alien parasite Venom in his body for some time now and the two have more or less come to terms with each other. In search of his next big story, journalist Eddie Brock manages to conduct an exclusive interview with convicted murderer and death row inmate Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), who discovers Eddie's secret and becomes the host for Carnage, a menacing and terrifying symbiote. Eddie and Venom must overcome their quarreling relationship and work together to defeat Carnage.
Directed by Andy Serkis (Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle), it also stars Michelle Williams and Naomie Harris as Shriek.
